Seg\u00fan revelaciones de un testigo protegido, Dina Boluarte, actual presidenta, habr\u00eda recibido informaci\u00f3n privilegiada sobre las preguntas que le realizar\u00eda Patricia Benavides en medio de la investigaci\u00f3n por las muertes en protestas. El testigo indica que esta informaci\u00f3n habr\u00eda llegado a trav\u00e9s de su abogado, Oscar Nieves, y un fiscal adjunto supremo, Marco Huam\u00e1n, relacionado con Benavides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La historia detr\u00e1s de esta revelaci\u00f3n se remonta a una reuni\u00f3n entre Nieves y Huam\u00e1n en setiembre de 2022, en la cual discut\u00edan la representaci\u00f3n legal de Benavides, quien enfrentaba acusaciones por cambios a fiscales que investigaban a su hermana, Enma Benavides. Sin embargo, la situaci\u00f3n cambi\u00f3 dr\u00e1sticamente cuando las protestas en varias provincias del pa\u00eds se tornaron violentas, Boluarte asumi\u00f3 la presidencia y se produjeron muertes en las manifestaciones. Benavides inici\u00f3 investigaciones por genocidio, homicidio calificado y lesiones graves contra Boluarte. El testigo afirma que Nieves ten\u00eda las preguntas de la Fiscal\u00eda y preparaba a Boluarte para el interrogatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boluarte fue fotografiada por la prensa de Fiscal\u00eda en marzo de 2023, pero no declar\u00f3. Regres\u00f3 en junio del mismo a\u00f1o para declarar ante Benavides. El testigo sugiere que Boluarte ten\u00eda las preguntas de antemano, lo que explicar\u00eda por qu\u00e9 respondi\u00f3 a las preguntas de Benavides pero objet\u00f3 las de la Procuradur\u00eda. La alianza entre Boluarte y Benavides se habr\u00eda roto cuando el asesor de Benavides fue detenido y ella solicit\u00f3 8 meses para investigar a Boluarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
