{"id":4226,"date":"2025-02-23T12:09:53","date_gmt":"2025-02-23T07:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/?p=4226"},"modified":"2025-02-23T12:10:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-23T07:10:34","slug":"trabajadores-y-gremios-agrarios-rechazan-nueva-ley-de-agraria-por-afectar-derechos-laborales-y-beneficiar-a-grandes-agroexportadoras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/es\/actualidad\/agricultura\/trabajadores-y-gremios-agrarios-rechazan-nueva-ley-de-agraria-por-afectar-derechos-laborales-y-beneficiar-a-grandes-agroexportadoras\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabajadores y gremios agrarios rechazan nueva Ley de Agraria por afectar derechos laborales y beneficiar a grandes agroexportadoras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajadores de Agroindustria y Afines (FENTAGRO), afiliada a la CGTP, ha emitido un contundente pronunciamiento en rechazo al proyecto de Ley Agraria (PL 8924\/2024-CR), presentado por la bancada fujimorista el pasado 16 de septiembre de 2024.<br>La norma, que estar\u00eda pr\u00f3xima a ser aprobada por el Congreso, ha sido calificada como \u00abanti laboral y anti nacional\u00bb por organizaciones sindicales y especialistas, quienes advierten que beneficiar\u00e1 principalmente a las grandes empresas agroexportadoras en detrimento de los trabajadores agrarios y el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s criticados es la eliminaci\u00f3n del bono BETA, un beneficio clave para los trabajadores. Aunque el proyecto mantiene el nombre, reduce su valor a un monto fijo de 307.5 soles, desvincul\u00e1ndolo del 30% de la Remuneraci\u00f3n M\u00ednima Vital (RMV). Esto significa que, ante futuros aumentos de la RMV, el bono no se ajustar\u00eda, perdiendo su valor real con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"371\" src=\"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-70.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-70.png 640w, https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-70-300x174.png 300w, https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-70-18x10.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>El proyecto limita la participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores agrarios en las utilidades al 7.5%, elimina la contrataci\u00f3n preferente y restringe la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la norma otorga amplios beneficios tributarios a las agroexportadoras, reduciendo el impuesto a la renta del 29.5% al 15% hasta 2035, junto con cr\u00e9ditos fiscales, depreciaci\u00f3n acelerada y recuperaci\u00f3n del IGV. Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF), estas medidas representar\u00edan un costo fiscal de aproximadamente S\/1,888 millones anuales, recursos que dejar\u00edan de destinarse a servicios esenciales como educaci\u00f3n, salud e infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito laboral, el proyecto limita la participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores en las utilidades al 7.5%, elimina la contrataci\u00f3n preferente y restringe la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva por rama de actividad. Asimismo, reduce los aportes a Essalud al 6% hasta 2028 y al 8% hasta 2035, lo que afectar\u00eda la calidad de los servicios de salud para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FENTAGRO y otras organizaciones sindicales han advertido que, de aprobarse la ley, convocar\u00e1n un paro agrario nacional similar al de 2020, cuando la derogatoria de la Ley 27360 cost\u00f3 la vida de tres trabajadores. \u00abNo permitiremos que se apruebe una ley que va en contra de los intereses del pa\u00eds y de los trabajadores\u00bb, se\u00f1alaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-69.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4228\" style=\"width:740px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-69.png 640w, https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-69-300x175.png 300w, https:\/\/pulso27.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-69-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>La aprobaci\u00f3n de dicha norma por parte del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica podr\u00eda perjudicar a miles de trabajadores agrarios del Per\u00fa<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Convenci\u00f3n Nacional del Agro Peruano (Conveagro) tambi\u00e9n ha criticado la norma, calific\u00e1ndola como un \u00abprivilegio rentista\u00bb que agrava las desigualdades en el sector. Mientras tanto, el exviceministro de Empleo, Fernando Cuadros, alert\u00f3 que estas medidas empeorar\u00e1n la presi\u00f3n tributaria, ya baja en comparaci\u00f3n con pa\u00edses de la OCDE, y afectar\u00e1n las finanzas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el Congreso avanzando hacia la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley, los trabajadores agrarios se preparan para movilizaciones masivas, exigiendo que
